Headshot Photo Touch Ups
All images we see in the media today are retouched. Our eyes are accustomed to seeing a retouched image so it would be a little startling to see yours unretouched.
We like to use a light hand with our retouching. Our practice is to soften lines and wrinkles, remove blemishes and fly-away hairs and smooth clothing lines along the shoulders. Some special requests can also be accommodated.
Photo retouching techniques often requested which can be done at no extra charge are:
- teeth whitening
- slimming
- jowl smoothing
- reducing skin redness
- eye whites whitening
Photo retouching techniques that can be done at an additional charge are:
- touching up hair roots
- making hair fuller and filling in gaps
- cut outs – making the background white or transparent
- removing your ex from the photo
Headshot Image Delivery
The retouched headshot images are returned from Hanna a week post shoot. Occasionally an adjustment needs to be made but once approved –
- We upload your full sized images to a web gallery just for you and send an email with a link
- The gallery email with link is generated by PhotoShelter, the web portal used to host your galleries.
- Instructions for viewing and downloading are included with the link – USE THEM! Images downloaded following the instructions will not have the watermark
- If you don’t see your images in about a week do a search of your junk mail folder using PhotoShelter or send an email and we can resend
